Meet & greet at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mahwah NJ. He had just been hired as the General Manager there. I was still new as part-time acting Sales Manager. We hit it off immediately with our similar sense of humor and sarcasm. He always supported me and had my back.

Can't believe you've been gone a year, "Mitchell" O'Connor. Continue to rest in peace, my friend. You are truly missed!

I met Rich at Johnson and Wales. We had the same major and were in a lot of classes together. He had a great sense of humor and a big heart. My condolences to his family.

I had the pleasure of working under Rich for 2 years @ The Hampton Inn & Suites. We had many laughs in those 2 years. Rich always had my back and always had time for me. He will be truly missed. My condolences to the family.

I went to Johnson and Wales in Providence, RI with Rich my first two years of college! We had the same major, lived in the same dorm, and had a lot of the same classes together including our internship trimester which all of us went through in small groups of 6 and we were in the same group so got to know him pretty well. He was a good friend and always made people laugh. I'm glad Facebook brought us back in touch over the past 14 or so years! He lived a good life! Just wish he could've gotten to live it for longer! My sympathy to all, rest in peace Rich, and please put in a good word for me with the spirit in the sky......thanks!

I had the pleasure of knowing Rich for over 15 years. One of the best people I had ever met. Still laughing at some of the situations we´ve been in together. Condolences to all his friends and Family. He will certainly be missed.

I worked with Rich many years ago with Prime Hospitality. Those were the good old days, lots of laughs. Prayers and condolences to his family. May he R.I.P.
