Richard Painter Obituary
He was a long-time employee of Ohio Support Services Security and the State of Ohio, DYS. He also served in the Ohio National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserves.
He was a die-hard Buckeye fan, and a great supporter of Kentucky basketball.
Preceded in death by wife of 23 years Noreen. and his parents Richard and Doris.
Survived by son, David Painter and step-son Michael Provens; sister, Amy Lou Painter; brother, Anthony "Tony" Painter; three nephews; and best friend Allen Morehart.
