Richard H. (Rick) Pearsall, age 76, of W. Middlesex, PA, formerly of New Castle, PA, passed away peacefully, on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Garden Way Place in Hermitage, PA.

Born February 25, 1949 in New Castle, PA, he was the son of the late Lewis Jr. and Jeanne (Hartland) Pearsall. He married his first wife the former Linda Archambult on March 23, 1974 and she preceded him in death on June 17, 2006. He married his second wife, the former Jean "Pixie" Harrison on November 29, 2014, and she survives in Mineral Ridge, Ohio.

Rick graduated from Burbank High School in Carlsbad, CA, and went on to play golf at San Fernando Valley State College, for a short time.

Upon returning to New Castle, Rick opened up Summitt Office Supplies, which he owned for a little over ten years. He than became the Parks and Recreation Director for Neshannock Township, where he ran Pearson Park and Hess Ice Rink for fifteen years before his retirement. He also worked for Oaktree Golf Course for several years after he retired.

In addition to golf, Rick had a love for music, he was an accomplished guitarist and song writer and played in a couple local bands. Rick also coached baseball while his son was growing up.

In addition to his wife, Rick is survived by a son Boomer H. (Dr. Nicole) Pearsall, of Canton, TX, a niece Devon Pearsall and a nephew Lewis (Sylvia) Pearsall IV.

He was preceded in death by a brother Lewis Pearsall III.

A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, the 20th anniversary of his first wife Linda's death, in Graceland Cemetery, with the Rev. Matthew Bupp officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
