I worked with Rick for many years at the SC Archives. I was stunned to hear of his passing. My heartfelt condolences to his wife and son. He is gone too soon.

So sadden as Rick was a big part of my childhood, always making sure everyone enjoyed life. Many nights at the drive-in movies for the ENTIRE neighborhood. He made sure everyone was happy and I know he did the same in adulthood. I am so sorry, Kat and Patrick. It will be impossible to replace his love for you both.
