Richard E. Schaefer

Rich was a terrific person and very hard worker, who always had a joke or two. He did lots of charitable work and was one of the best police officers I ever had the privilege of knowing. Working with him was a joy and he was always there to pitch in and lend a hand. What a GREAT guy! Karen, please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. A really good person has left us. I am better for knowing him, and so are countless others.

Rich, was a good friend. We did several roofing jobs together until I finally said I´m getting too old to do this anymore but it didn´t stop him. Our family will miss him.
