The first time I met Rick he was dressed as an elf. He was participating in the Holly Days , in Sandwich. This is how I shall always remember him, joyful, funny, and outgoing.
When Rick was dating Linda I was so happy for them. They complimented each other so much.
When they got married I knew it was a match made in heaven.
So sorry Linda, that you two didn´t get more time together.
Condolences and hugs to you, and Rick´s sister, daughter and grandchild.
I´m going to always remember Rick , the Elf, and smile... He would want that.

I first met Rick when a small group of fellow photographers got together for coffee at the Sagamore Dunkins. He had that infectious smile and a glad to meet you hand shake.
Over time he was very helpful in explaining the in's and out's of photography, along with just being a delightful human being always giving encouragement. He was the type of person that one could not help but like, enjoy his company, chats and sense of humor.
My wife met him once when he and Linda happened to be in the same location along the Canal waiting for The Mayflower to pass by, my wife's words, what a wonderful man.
I was invited to Rick and Linda's wedding on the beach, it was a beautiful day with two Beautiful people taking their vows, you could tell that Rick was just ecstatic and worked his magic to make everything right.
There is no doubt that he will be missed by many and I for one am glad that I had the chance encounter to meet Richard Sharp.
Our Thought's and Prayer's are with You Linda and you entire Family.

Rick's love for my sister, Linda, and her love for him was so evident, and becoming family together is my most special thought...They threw a fabulous graduation party for Cole and his friends in Chicago, welcomed us to their home and gallery. Light up a room and get us all laughing with great stories and exuberance for life; you had it Rick. And you lived your life, not your disease of cancer. So glad we had our final visit with you and (Linda's) family who could make it in April! Love you Rick, for all the joy you brought to our lives. Nancy
