I had the pleasure of working for Ric during his tenure at CMR in the late 90s. He was a truly one of a kind, the best dressed man in media research and a mentor to me and many others. He made his team and clients feel important and well cared for. He knew there was life outside of the office and made sure his team did too. My deepest sympathy to William and the rest of Ric's family. Regards, Mary Pender
