Richard Arlen Stanton, 92, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026.
He was born on May 31, 1933 in Louisville, Kentucky to Marvin and Pearl (Maxey) Stanton. He is preceded in death by his Father, Marvin Stanton, Mother, Pearl Stanton, Life Partner of 30 years, Virginia Holt.
Richard is survived by his loving family, Son, Bruce Stanton, Daughter, Phaedra (Ronnie) Walker, Son, Jeffrey, Grandchildren, Krystal Stanton, Byron Romine, Kela Bailey, Great-Grandchildren, Kali, Genesis, Tajah, Byron Jr., DaRonni, Cousin, Maryella Ralston.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 12:30 pm on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
