So deeply sorry for your loss. He was a respected and wonderful person and such a joy to be around. I know the all of you as well as all of his friends and colleagues will miss him forever, until we meet again with Christ. May God give you His gracious comfort and provide you with His peace that surpasses all understanding in your grief and sorrow.

I flew with Rich often this summer and just want to say I appreciated his Faith, his demeanor and his commitment to his family. Rich was a pleasure to work with and a friend. My deepest sympathies.
