Richard Glenn Wright, 58, of Byhalia, MS passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025. Friends are invited to a visitation with the family on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a service to follow at 5:00 p.m., all at Coleman Funeral Home. Bro. Jim Muston of Cordova Baptist Church will officiate.

Glenn was born on July 14, 1967 in Memphis, TN to Connie and John Wright. Glenn was a long-time truck driver and enjoyed traveling and seeing the world from the road. He later went on to work at the Om Wines and Spirits in Byhalia. He had a passion for his job and was nicknamed "The Liquor Man." Glenn had a phenomenal sense of humor and was a master at telling jokes and pulling pranks. It was his goal each day to make his wife laugh. Glenn enjoyed spending his free time woodworking and watching TV to catch up on the news. He was skilled at playing the saxophone and was considered a great singer.

Left to cherish Glenn's memory is his wife, Lisa Wright of Byhalia, MS; brother, Terry Wayne Wright (Nikki) of Olive Branch, MS; parents, Connie Jane Wright and John Richard Wright, both of Hernando, MS; nephews, David Wright (Devan) of Memphis, TN and Austin Wright of Olive Branch; life-long friends, Ken Taylor and Kevin Wheeler; and, his fur baby, Panda.

In lieu of traditional flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Glenn's honor to The Olive Branch Food Pantry (www.theobfoodpantry.com).
