Rick Phipps

Rick Phipps was one of the most jovial, kind, caring and positive person whom I have ever had the privilege of knowing. When he was managing the BUCK radio station, he was instrumental in getting my small business on the airwaves. He was so supportive of us and considerate of the fact that we were a struggling small business, but he believed in our company and did his best to assist us with advertisement, without charging us an arm and a leg. He was a pleasure to deal with and will be so missed by all who ever worked with him. It was a pleasure watching him as he played his music to the crowds and lent such an air of celebration with each concert he did. Your memory will be engraved in our hearts forever. RIP, Mr. Phipps.

Rick has been a cornerstone of the Castlecomb community. From working to establish us as a private water and sewer corporation to leading the charge to discourage Megaacrete from building across the street from us. His planning and vision will be long felt here. An excellent example of a land steward. You will be missed Rick, rest easy.
