Rickie Lee Kirk, 61, of Adrian, Missouri (formerly of Tahlequah, Oklahoma), passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Rickie was born March 16, 1964, in Liberty, Kansas, to the late Erval Kirk and Carol Rowe. He grew up in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where he attended Tahlequah Public Schools and then received his high school diploma at Brown Christian University in Arkansas.
Rickie started working at the ripe age of 16 in the pipeline industry as a heavy equipment operator. He retired from the industry after 28 years.
He then moved to Missouri, where he went to work for Church and Dwight Company, Inc., as a forklift driver and worked there for 6 years before having to take disability.
Rickie was a family man, who enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved to collect Indian artifacts, watching his western shows, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and his rides around the hollar. He was also an avid outdoorsman, who loved to fish and hunt.
Rickie is survived by his wife of 22 years, Rhonda Michelle Ummerteskee Kirk, whom he married July 16, 2003, in Culpepper, Virginia; his children, Sonja Gourd and Michael Parker, Felicia Davis, Heather Wolfe, Megan and Harold Hill, Nicholas Falcon, and Hector Falcon; grandchildren, Haley Ummerteskee and Victor, Keaton Cross, Daylin Cross, and Jordan Davis; great-grandchildren, Brielle Ummerteskee, Tatum Ramerize, and Annmarie Hill; special nieces, Rosielynn Falcon and Makyna Riddick; two sisters, Alison and Kelly Lowe, and Linda Kirk; brothers, Carl and Gabrilla Kirk and Tony Kirk; half-sister, Precilla Roe; half-brother, Billy Roe; and step siblings, Madonna Richie, Shirley Proctor, Michael Rowe, and Ladonna Dreadfulwater.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Erval Kirk and Carol Rowe; step-mother, Wynona “Chicken” Dreadfulwater; and step-brother, Jackie Rowe.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 13, 2025, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, at Hart Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 14, 2025, 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Hart Funeral Home with Brother Jason Gann officiating. Burial will follow at Pumpkin Hollow Cemetery.
