Ricky DiCillo

Ricky DiCillo departed this world to return to the magic from which he came on Monday, October 2, 2023.  He will be remembered forever by the countless people he cared about, helped, and championed.  His imagination was the most incredible place where he wove together brilliant words and ideas exemplified in his writing.  He consistently took it upon himself to learn from others, support them, and empower them to face the world with the power of his friendship.  His strong affinity with games of all kinds defined his playful spirit which loved enjoying and creating fun and challenging experiences.  A lifelong vegetarian and animal lover, he fought every day for environmental justice, social equity, and civil rights in an attempt to help make the world the place it should be but isn’t.  His kindness, intelligence, and sense of justice will inspire the many, many people who held this incredible person dearly in their hearts.  Ricky is survived by his brother, partner, parents, family members, and swaths of friends whom he held so close.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 6th from 2pm-5pm at The Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment will be private.
