Mr. Ricky W. Hall, age 70 of Franklin, KY passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at his residence.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held Friday, August 29, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST, at the Brookland Cemetery, 4897 N. Preston Hwy., Shepardsville, KY 40165.
Ricky was born July 7, 1955 in Jackson Co., KY to the late Galen Hall and the late Nannie “Clark” Hall. He was preceded in death by 4 siblings, Gladys Caskey, Garnetta Estes, Diana Cowles McCormick and Jerry Hall.
He is survived by his spouse of 38 years of Pat Hall; 6 children, Kim Phelps of Franklin, KY, Edward Phelps of Louisville, KY, Gary Phelps (Robin) of Louisville, KY, Rodger Phelps (Jill) of Jeffersonville, IN, Felicia Williams (Robert) of Franklin, KY, Tania Phillips (Gary) of Portland, TN; a granddaughter, Kaylesa Ferguson and 12 other grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; 6 siblings, Jessie Eeverson of Franklin, KY, Dorothy “Dottie” Williams of Franklin, KY, Milburn Hall (Sherry) of Franklin, KY, Donald “Duck” Hall of Franklin, KY, Launa Stevens (Ronnie) of Franklin, KY, Patricia “Patty” Wilkerson (Steve) of Franklin, KY and several nieces and nephews.
Ricky attended Franklin Church of God. He was self-employed contractor and he enjoyed to play BINGO and watch NFL games.
