Ricky Lynn Muse, SR

Ricky Lynn Muse, Sr., passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 67. Ricky was born on October 23, 1958, in Oneida, Tennessee, to the late Virgil and Jessie Muse. Ricky was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend who will be missed greatly.

Ricky dedicated many years of his life to serving in law enforcement as a proud member of the Desoto County Sheriff's Office. After retiring from the police force, he went on to work in private security and became an actor, appearing in movies and TV roles.

Ricky is survived by his loving wife, Karen Muse; son, Ricky (Tiffany) Muse, Jr.; grandchildren, MeKenzie Muse, Ryen Muse; great-grandchild. Jensen Muse's siblings, Russell Muse, Lucky Muse, Vickie Sibley, and Steven Muse, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Ricky will be laid to rest at Sweetwater Memorial Gardens in a Private Ceremony.

In this time of loss, let us remember Ricky for the good father, husband, grandfather, and dedicated public servant he was. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness and love that will continue to shine in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
