Ricky was a hero, he dove into the water at Cherry Grove one year to help rescue a drowning couple. Ricky fought that day to save two complete strangers right along side his brother Codi and friend Dale. Without question he was willing to give his life for someone else. The world lost a real hero when we lost Ricky. My heart goes out to the Starnes family, may they find some comfort with family and friends in these dire times.

Ricky bro, we miss you. We love you.

He was a sweet, loving, a great brother, son, husband, grandson, and future brother in law, I miss you so very much and I love you xoxo !!
