Riley leaves to cherish his memory, the mother of his children, Sweet Hatcher, his children, Burke Vinluan, Regina (Lonny) Howard- Holland, Delvin Howard, and Riley (Jeane’) Howard III; and a host of grandchildren; loving siblings, Regina Bell-Handy, Lora Melissa Moore, James Moore; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; devoted friends, James Ewing, Henry Bryant and many more.
