Rina Casiello was born April 18, 1938 in Gesuiti, Cosenza, Italy to Michele and Carolina (nee Iantorno) DeBiase. She passed away on October 30, 2023.
Rina was a long time employee of United Airlines. In addition to spending time with her family, Rina was passionate about gardening.
Rina is survived by her children Rosanna (Steven) Bisulca, Giovanni Casiello and Julie (Paul) Davidson; her grandchildren Nicholas Salvatore Bisulca and Alessandra Francesca Bisulca; her siblings Joseph (Angela) DeBiase and Franca (Jim) Mastro; her nieces and nephews Michael (Theresa) DeBiase, Paul (Silvana) DeBiase, Ron DeBiase, Giancarla (Tim) Owca and Andrew Mastro; and by many great nieces and nephews, cousins and extended Casiello family.
She is preceded in death by her husband Osvaldo Casiello; her grandmother Francesca and by her parents.
Visitation Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Church of St. Mary, 175 East Illinois Rd. Lake Forest, Il 60045, from 9:00 AM until the time of Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment private.
Please consider making a donation to the Chicago Botanical Garden, 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL 60022 or chicagobotanic.org/donate/tribute. The family plans to dedicate a tree and a bench in Rina's name. or planting a tree in Rina's memory.
