I can honestly say Rita was best teacher my children ever had. She challenged them and encouraged them like no other. Rita left a lasting impression on all that she taught. Many can't remember their teacher's name after many years but they all remember Rita's name. I have run into Rita over the years at her grandchildren's and mine school events. Last year when I saw her again I shared a story with her about how much she affected my children's lives. She got tears in her eyes and hugged me and said that she thought she had been too hard on her students. She thanked me for sharing with her.
Rita Aerts memory will always live on!!
Most Sincerely,
Karen,Dave,Lisa,Krysten and Beth Patrickus
