Sr. Rita McNally

I only ever knew of this wonderful lady through the loving accounts of her related by my very good friend Mary. Though I never had the privilege to meet her, she was clearly salt of the earth, and all humanity is the poorer for her passing.

What a long, beautiful and faith-filled life.
Along with her niece my friend, Mary McNally, Sister Rita has been in my daily Rosary decade of prayer for some years. I have never met the great Sr. Rita & Mary currently resides in Kuwait and visited her last month. Blessing to all & RIP.

My beloved aunt Sister Rita was truly an inspiration and a joy for me. She was very clever, creative and fun. Full of life, I remember joining in on a prank of hers involving a pair of baby's red socks and the Boston Red Sox. Somehow those socks intentionally ended up on the kitchen ceiling!

What a giving person she was. Hopping up and running to help, assist, do good. A woman of God on a life-long mission to serve others. Well into her 90s, she was teaching English.

Sister was a role model extraordinaire who lead a beautiful life. She was a good and faithful servant.

God bless Sister Rita. May Eternal rest be granted unto her.
