So sorry to hear about Rita! She was an excellent nurse! I worked with her on Med Surg at Mary Lanning many years ago. Then she took care of me on OB when I had our son. My husband remembers Rita growing up in Lawrence. She was always so nice. We are sorry for your loss.

Rita and I were besties from the start! She was so kind and supportive and taught me how to be an OB nurse!
We´d walk her trail than go water skiing with the boat and kids! We had the bestest times ever!!!! Gosh!!! Her kids were mine and I was there´s!
I never ever expected her to leave so soon! Gosh this hurts so deeply! Rita! I will always ski with you on my back! And I love your children greatly!
