To my dearest friend, Herbie... having known you and Reets for about sixty years, you know that you both are a significant part of my memories; the good, the bad, the sane and the in-sane! We were separated by time and distance as we raised our families, but fortunately we have come back together again as our families matured and conditions permitted travel. I will especially cherish these later years as we have grown closer together and as Reets and Shirley had so much in common and hit it off so well. Looking forward to seeing you on your next trip west. Shirley joins me in sending you and your family love now and forever....Al

Knowing Rita was a gift...her passion for learning, teaching and helping and caring for others made her a shining star wherever she went. We know that her "light" will shine on forever. Our hearts and love are with Herb and the family, to whom Rita was totally devoted. Annette and Fred Linder

Nothing in the world was as heart-warming and cheering as Rita's terrific smile. It illuminated her surroundings and those lucky enough to receive it. My warmest regards and deepest sympathy to Myra and Herb and Rita's children and grandchildren.
