Fond memories of Rita in Florida. Rita was always positive in the morning. She always wanted her coffee first with hazelnut creamer and then would announce she's not hungry! Quietly, I put small plate of fruit and toast near her coffee and said nothing. Ten minutes later she was devouring the small breakfast. At the end of the day, she wanted to play cards. When Kathy and I declined, Rita pronounced that we were boring people. Rita was always pleasant and a pleasure to be with. Her long term memory was perfect; watching Jeopardy, it was amazing how many answers she knew. I know from her stories that she loved all her kids unconditionally. It is clear that she had a strong influence on her familiy and the enduring close connections are evidence of that. I am pleased that I had some 6 years of connection with Rita. Dave Patrick
