Rita was proud of her achievements, particularly as she made her mark in the workforce. She dedicated many years to Pictsweet Foods, where she was celebrated for being the first female supervisor at the facility. Her leadership and determination were exemplary, and they inspired many around her.
She completed her education at Bells High School, a milestone that marked the beginning of her journey in life. Rita's drive and tenacity were evident throughout her career and personal life.
In her personal life, Rita shared a profound love with her husband, Mr. Billy Joe Webb. Their marriage was a testament to the beauty of companionship, as she cherished every moment spent with him. Together, they created a life filled with shared interests and cherished memories.
Rita had a profound appreciation for the simple pleasures in life. She found joy in fishing by the pond, patiently waiting for a nibble, and relished in the beauty of hummingbirds as they graced her feeders. These interests reflected her gentle spirit and her connection to nature, which brought her immense happiness.
She is survived by her brothers, Philip Foust (Jennie), Darrell Foust, and Glenn Foust (Phylis), who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. Rita is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Joe Webb; her father, George Foust; her mother, Georgia Bernice Hart Hogan; and her brother, David Foust.
