Robbie Wimsatt

Robert Patrick Wimsatt, II, 41, of Owensboro, Kentucky died Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born on March 3, 1970 in Owensboro. He was a supervisor for G.P. Vending. Robbie was a graduate of Owensboro High School class of 1988, where he was state champion in football and baseball his junior year. He loved all sports, especially the New York Yankees. He is survived by his father, Robert Patrick (Pat) Wimsatt, I (Suzette) of Owensboro; his mother, Debbie Smith Morton of Owensboro; his children, Kristin Wimsatt, Bailey Wimsatt and Robert Patrick Wimsatt, III (Trey); a brother, Brian Wimsatt of Owensboro; a sister, Brandi Wimsatt-Rios of Owensboro; nieces and nephews, Kaela, Lee, Shaenna, Antonio and Zander; his wife, Patricia Ann Powers Wimsatt of Mayfield, KY; his father- and mother-in-law, Pat and Ann Powers of Mayfield, KY and his faithful companion, his dog Sandy. Services are at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2011, at the Chapel of James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory in Owensboro. Visitation is from 1:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
