It doesn't matter that he was almost 92, Uncle Bob will really be missed. He was a great man. Growing up, he always had time for my brother and me with his great sense of humor and always making us feel that we were important to him. After I headed off to college, he was always supportive of my unusual passions and adventures - like taking an orchestra job in South Africa. He even backed me up to my parents when they weren't too sure about what I was doing! After I married and had kids, he and Aunt Bev met us several times at drum corps shows and housing sites whenever my boys were performing nearby. And, even after losing my aunt, he used her address book to send me cards. We may have lived several states apart but I will always love and miss both of them. I am so sorry Steven, Tina, Becky, Wayne and Rob for this void in your lives. You are all so special - because your parents were special. Rest in peace, Uncle Bob. You deserve it.

I didn't know Robert personally, but he had to have been a great man to have a son like Rob and grandchildren like Hannah, Bella & Sophie. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys.
