I would like to thank every person that has extended their prayers and thoughts to us during this difficult time. Knowing that our dad touched so many people has really made us so grateful for a wonderful dad. We are glad to know that he brought as much happiness to everyone else's life as he did ours. We are going to forever miss our dad, but we do appreciate all the continued prayers and support from family and friends.

Words can't explain how sadden I was to hear the news of Joe. Wow when I look back of how he was like a second father figure to me. Rakisha and I were good friends when we were younger and I use to be over at there home almost everyday. Joe looked after me just like I was his own daughter and I will never forget. He was such a great man and he truly will be missed. Rakisha and Tara please know my prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. May GOD bless and keep you always. Love you guys.

To the Family of Joe Bailey
Joe Bailey: let's see he is the man willing to help in any manner at anytime, never in his life was there ever been a stranger (he always introduced himself, "Hi I'm Joe Bailey", and would give his last change for your to get that bag of "Lays Chips". When I came to work for RMC Joe was working in the slitting department and talking about his two lovely daughters, he said, "if I can help you in understaning the US3 let me know". Well, not knowing what he was talking about he gave me an excellent lesson and understanding of the US3 from which I have used until 6 months ago. Joe is still one of the good guys, who will be missed.I say thank you for the fond memories, Joe Bailey. While weeping may endure for the night joy will surely arrive in the morning. Sincerely, Your co-worker
