Robert Norman "Bob" Barsness

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was a much respected Community banker and a friend for many years. Bob was a banker of stature, I preceded him as the President of the Independent Bankers of Minnesota, somewhat of a fluke, since I was not the President or major owner of a bank. But, Bob always treated me with kindness and respect and did several favors for me when he was President of the National ICBA, asking me to do the invocation for his Convention of San Antonio when he was inducted as Chairman of the National Association.
