To Bobby's Family,
Thank you for sharing Bobby with us. He made my life easier, knowing how well he cared for my sons when they were younger and how much he inspired them by being a great role model. For years, when I picked the boys up after camp, Bobby was there with a smile and pleasantries. If Bobby was driving the Y van I wasn't hesitant to let the boys go with him, as I knew he would take care of them as if they were his own. Doug respected him immensely and Michael continues to volunteer at the Y, where Bobby was his mentor and friend. I hope my sons will be half as strong, kind and caring as your son Bobby.

The world was a better place with Bobby Bear in it, and I am a better person for having known him. He is a part of my most treasured memories. My life would not be the same without him and all of "Tod's Stupid Interns"! I love you! Thank you for being part of my life.

Dear Bobby
The front-desk phone rang differently last Wednesday…but we had to answer it anyway. Grief rolled in, tears rolled down, and everyone did their best to carry on. You would have been proud.
Then the memory posters went up in the front lobby and I watched chubby fingers wrestle with magic markers, proper spelling and the concept of someone you love being “gone.” You will be proud.
From virtually any position in this organization, it was clear: You were well-loved. You made a difference. You earned your crown. (“Well done, good and faithful servant. –Matthew 25:21.)
With Love

To all of Bobby's family...... I didn't know him well but on occasion when I went to pick up my son Ben from "Fun Days" at the YMCA I'd run into him and he would be so upbeat and kind to Ben. When we saw that he had past we were very sad. Our deepest sympathy goes out to you all.

Dear Madeline,
Your son, Bobby, was an inspiration to me. His drive and spirit will remain in my life forever! He was always willing to give a helping hand. I know he's up with the best of the Angels and looking down to help us when we reach those pearly gates. Bobby was one of a kind and you can be proud of him!
With my deepest sympathy.

Madeline, Alan, Rosemarie, Anthony-- and all of Bobby's family
I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Bobby since he came to work with us at the YMCA in the mid 90's. There are so many lives he touched all over the Merrimack Valley area- (far more than we can even count) - and we all loved him and will miss him very much. The teens of the area,(many of whom are now young adults) in particular, through his work in the Leaders program, will be better human beings for having known him (though sadder at this moment).
We will all never forget him.

Bobby was loved by all who knew him. He was so special to all the campers and volunteers and staff at Camp Good Days. He will forever live in the memories of all he came in contact with. Bobby now enjoys eternal peace and is freefrom all pain and suffering.

Bobby touched our lives and many others through his selfless work with kids at the YMCA after school program. He was a role model that his family should be proud of. The children all miss him so.

I met Bobby many many years ago through my dad Tom, and my mom Kathy. I remember talking with him, and how good he was to my family and my son Michael. He too had a wonderful grandma, and mother. Words can not say how sorry we are for your loss, Bobby spent his life being a fighter, and was a survivor. he touched so many lives, and did so much for others. Just think though no more pain, and suffering and God gained another beautiful angel, when Bobby got his wings. Just think what a beautiful moment it was when Bobby met GOD at the gate, and God put his arms around him, and said my son you are finally home with me where I need you now, and yes his family and friends will love and miss him, however he will live on in the hearts of all the lives he touched over so many years. To his beautiful mother he is now your angel and he is with you daily in your heart. Bobby we love you and thank you for all the good you did for so many, the work was a better place with someone like you in it.

To all of Bobby's family... my deepest sympathy goes out to you. I met him first at CGDST and he was one of the hardest working people there and yes, he was an "SA!!!" I think he was the leader behind a lot of the cabin raids! My best memory will be that ear to ear smile with the devilish twinkle in his eyes. I will miss that. Again, my sympathy.
