RIP Bloom! Crossing trails with Bob was a rare thing in later years but my mind goes back to playing with him all night long at the Gloryland festival or at an all-nighter at the Ralston House. A powerhouse on the slap bass. My condolences to the Bloomingdale crew.

I hadn´t seen or played with Bobby in a really long time, but I´ll never forget our adventures together as "Green Bottled Dawgz."
Galax, Nantucket, Charlotte and few parties along the way were some of the most fun days of my life and memories I will cherish forever...
This photo hangs in my office just above the Green Bottled Dawgz CD liner, framed for all of us by Bobby Bloomingdale.
Rest in peace my friend, I just wish I got chance to jam with you one more time...
My sincere condolence to his family, friends and fans.

I can see you in your black t shirt, playing the bass, singing "It´s a Wonderful World"... we lost a little piece of that wonderful world when you left it. May the afterlife be filled with sweet music. - Mary Ann Virden
