Quick wit and that mischievous twinkle in his eyes. That was Uncle Bob. I will always remember him for his sense of humor, big heart, and forgiving attitude. Love you Uncle Bob. Rest in peace.

My condolences to all of Bob's family. I was a younger classmate of Bob and Herb in Hudsonville High and played sports with them. They were great people.

For several years, Bob and Ilah were our wonderful neighbors on Creekview Dr. They were a constant source of good cheer and encouragement as we raised our family. Our sincere sympathy to you, Ilah. We can only imagine how much you'll miss Bob. What a wonderful life you've had together! Sympathy to your kids and grandkids, too, as they miss such a dear Grandpa and Great Grandpa. I can "hear" Bob saying "Work hard and don't forget to have fun." I can also "hear" him freely sharing his love and trust in the LORD. We thank God for Bob's life and legacy! Both of you have been such a BLESSING to us!!

I remember pancake breakfasts after the Jamestown parade and watching the Indianapolis 500. I think I was the oldest child in the group of Van Klompenbergs, Moores and De Weerds
