Robert “Bobby” Marvin Yoder, Jr., 57, formerly of McPherson, KS, passed away May 15, 2025, in Sedona, AZ. Bobby was born August 28, 1967, in Hutchinson, KS, the son of Robert Yoder, Sr. and Janice (Taylor) Bean.
Bobby loved his family, friends, music, singing, drawing, painting, going to the movies, and shopping. He was a collector of many things: coins, eyeglasses, hats, and shoes just to name a few.
He worked at Central Plastics until he set out on his journey to see the world. He was so happy being in Sedona. He said it was the most beautiful place. He spent his time hiking and enjoying nature and the scenery of the mountains.
Survivors include his mother, Janice Bean of Inman, KS; stepmother, Doris Yoder of Fort Worth, TX; sisters, Tonya (Jerry) Coy of McPherson, KS, Laree (Rickey) Tingen of McPherson, KS, Loretta Schroeder of Great Bend, KS; and Gabe (Scott) Ravenstien of Great Bend, KS; brothers, Jeff (Nene) DeBusk of Topeka, KS and Troy Sullivan of Fort Worth, TX; lots of nieces and nephews and many friends. Bobby is loved and missed so very much.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Yoder, Sr.; maternal grandparents, M.F. and Laree Taylor; paternal grandparents, Charles and Elva Yoder; and stepbrother, Chad Sullivan.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
