Robert Bosaaen Obituary
Robert Lee Bosaaen, age 70 of Crosby, passed away on November 25, 2025 at Essentia St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd. He was born in Minneapolis on September 23, 1955.
Bob was a musician and was a member of the Stoney River Band. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Bob is survived by three daughters, Erin Kruse of Pequot Lakes, Faith Bosaaen of Deerwood and Jessica Ruehling of Merrifield; one son, Bobby Appledorn of International Falls; one brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Janelle Bosaaen of Deerwood; two sisters, Barb Anderson of White Bear Lake and Brenda Bosaaen of Mora; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Preceding Bob in death are his father, Ingvold “Pete” Bosaaen; step father, Frank “Fritz” Post; and his mother, Viva Post.
Per Bob’s request there will be no service. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
