Dear Anne & Family, Our deepest sympathy. Bob was a good friend while growing up in the 'Ville. I am so sorry we were not able to connect for a reminiscing luncheon, but we did share some fun emails recently.

I had the great privilege to know Bobby and work with him as a basketball official on District 5 Connecticut Board of Certified Basketball Officials. Every game we did together was a unique experience. Bobby was a wonderful person and he will be missed.

Bob will be forever missed by many, but for me, my life will be changed forever. Bob was my biggest cheerleader during a time on my life when others turned their back, I am forever indebted to him. He was lifelong friend, a mentor and a gentle soul that can never be replaced. Rest in peace Bob-Thank you for being who you were.

Coach Bob Brown, it was great connecting with you these last 2 years. Me and you shared a lot of conversation. From politics to sports. But what I remember most is when you and my teacher and basketball coach at Crosby High school. I had you for business law and I learned a lot in that class. I still remember a lot of the information to this day. Thank You for including me in as "one of your Guys". May your memory be eternal.
