Robert “Buddy” Beamon Obituary
Robert “Buddy” Beamon, 78 , of Leesburg, GA passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024 at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Smithville City Cemetery. Rev. Henry Young, Jr. will officiate.
Buddy was born in Smithville, GA and was a life long resident of Lee Co., GA. He was a certified electrician and farmer. He was of the Christian faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell Lewis Beamon and Rachel Elizabeth Young.
Survivors include his wife, Winnie Richardson Beamon, children, Kim Lawrence (Ricky), Warren Beamon (Kristi), Mitch Beamon (Julie) and Valerie Tindell (Ryan) all of Lee Co., GA., grandchildren, Natalie Espy (Chris), Leesburg, GA, Hannah Greene (Dallas), Brandon, MS, Harrison Beamon, Mexico Beach, FL, Melanie Lawrence, Abigail Tindell, Ally Tindell, great-grandchildren, Reid Espy and Wesley Espy, brothers, David Beamon, Lee Co., GA, John R. Beamon (Karen), uncle, Jack Beamon all of Lee Co., GA and aunts, Nancy Greene, Atlanta, GA and Sarah Robinson, Springfield, LA.
The family received friends Monday, November 11, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
