Robert "Bob" Bulit

Robert “Bob” Bulit, 73 of Sioux City passed away at his home Sunday, November 30, 2025. A funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Graceland Park Cemetery.

Bob was born the son of William and Arlene (Bernard) Bulit on August 15, 1952 in Sioux City, Iowa. He graduated from East High school in 1971 before serving in the air national guard from 1971 to 1977. Bob married Julie Kirchner on January 1, 1987 in Sioux City. Together they raised four children before Julie passed away in 2009.

Bob proudly worked as a foreman for W.A. Klinger for 30 years while owning and managing his own rental properties for 40 years. Bob also loved spending time with his family, playing his guitar, being outdoors and fishing at his cabin in Willmar, Minnesota.

Bob is survived by his children, Carrie (GT) Stepp, Connie (Randy) Naylor, Cortney (Jesse) Atchley, and Robert “John” (Christi) Bulit. He had 11 grandchildren, Ashlee, Colton, Kacie, Evan, Isaac, Blake, Christopher, Carson, Connor, Calista, Carter and one great grandson, Beckham.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Julie; his siblings, Connie, Mary Beth, and Billy; his niece, Angie; and his nephew, Corey.
