Mr. Robert Brennen Bultman

COLUMBIA - Graveside service for Robert (Bob) Brennen Bultman, 80, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2009 in St. Lawrence Cemetery, Sumter, SC. The Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 pm, Monday, June 8, 2009 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Mr. Bultman, husband of the late Dorothy Wood Bultman, died Friday, June 5, 2009 after a brief illness. Born October 23, 1928 in Sumter, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Burgess and Mollie Bultman. Bob was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina where he resided and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He retired from Graybar Electric Company after more than thirty years of service. He is survived by his daughters, Kelley Ann Slay and husband, Dana of Concord, NC, Katie Bultman Broom of Greer, South Carolina; granddaughters, Abby Gail Bultman and Kerry Ann Slay of Concord, North Carolina; sisters, Gertrude Elliott and husband, Tom of Eastover, Margaret Ridgeway of Columbia; his sister-in-law, Mary Emma Bultman of Fork; numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Bultman was predeceased by his wife of 51 years and his brother, Wilhem Bultman. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
