Robert Burrell Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. on Jan. 19, 2026.
Robert N. "RobBob" Burrell, 62, of Titusville, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026, at the Titusville Area Hospital after an extended illness.
Robert was born in California on September 9, 1963, to the late Robert N. Burrell, Sr., and Evelyn Saunders Gilson.
He attended Titusville Schools.
Robert was employed at Sam's Restaurant as a cook for many years.
He cherished all living creatures, including his snakes, lizards, and dogs. Rob enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether walking in the woods around Titusville or fishing and metal detecting on the beaches of the Northeast during visits to family. He also enjoyed playing his guitar and was always looking for someone to play foosball against.
He was a kind, compassionate, and loving man who was willing to do anything he could for friends and family.
He is survived by his son, Robert N. Burrell, Jr. of California; his daughters, Amanda and Grace; several grandchildren; one great-grandchild; his sister Elizabeth Legg; his stepsister, Susan Obert; a special niece, Tara Burrell Watson and husband Jamie; his dear friends Connie Herr and Ronnie Nichols, and several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Crites; two daughters, Natasha and Brandy; and two stepsiblings, Penny and Tom.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 15th, at 2:30 p.m. at Grace Fellowship Church. A time for sharing memories and light refreshments will be available following the service.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc., 303 N. Washington St., Titusville, PA 16354 or by clicking the red Donate Now button below.
