Robert Walker Caldwell, of St. Charles, MO, passed away on March 14, 2026. He was born on January 3, 1945, to Harvey Caldwell of Fulton, KY and Louise Caldwell of Union City, TN. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Martha, and his sister, Ruth Wright. He is survived by his sister, Barbara Adkins, his significant other, Donna McClary, his children, Beth Cupples, married to David, of Jonesboro, AR, Michele Flores of Troy, MO, Kelly Caldwell and Greg Pohlen of Mooresville, NC, Rob Caldwell, married to Nicole, of Suwanee, GA; his 13 grandchildren, Robert Monteforte II and his wife, Ashley, Michael Monteforte and his wife, Arey, Ashley Stroud and her husband, Levi, Matthew Monteforte, all of Jonesboro, AR, and Bailey Cupples of Kennett, MO; Alex, Rosie, and Ricardo Flores of Troy, MO; Lily Caldwell of St. Charles, MO, and Anna Caldwell of Mooresville, NC; Olive, Charlotte, and Violet Caldwell of Suwannee, GA; and 8 great-grandchildren, Laela, Emma, JoJo, Stella, and Amelia Monteforte of Jonesboro, AR, Reno and Nolan Monteforte of Jonesboro, AR, and Sophia Flores of Troy, MO.

Bob was a member of the First United Methodist Church of St. Charles since 1990. He retired from Emerson Electric in 2011. He loved math, engineering, playing golf, traveling, and of course anything to do with his UT Vols. But more than any of that, he loved his friends and family. He loved his grandparents, parents, and sisters his entire life. He loved his wife, Martha, from the second grade until her death. He then found love again with Donna McClary. He loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with his whole heart from the time they were born until his last breath. And he loved Jesus better than anyone we know.

Daddy is resting in God’s arms now with the love only The Lord can provide, remembering the love his family and friends had for him while he was with us, and maybe even singing a little bit of Rocky Top.
