Bob was a member of the First United Methodist Church of St. Charles since 1990. He retired from Emerson Electric in 2011. He loved math, engineering, playing golf, traveling, and of course anything to do with his UT Vols. But more than any of that, he loved his friends and family. He loved his grandparents, parents, and sisters his entire life. He loved his wife, Martha, from the second grade until her death. He then found love again with Donna McClary. He loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with his whole heart from the time they were born until his last breath. And he loved Jesus better than anyone we know.
Daddy is resting in God’s arms now with the love only The Lord can provide, remembering the love his family and friends had for him while he was with us, and maybe even singing a little bit of Rocky Top.
