Robert David Campagna, 78, of Downingtown, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Chester County Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Paula Ann Campagna, with whom he shared 38 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Frank and Caroline Campagna.

In 1966, Bob joined the U. S. Marine Corps, serving 10 years, separating as a Staff Sergeant. He was employed by Lockheed Martin and retired after 47 years of employment. After retirement, Bob enjoyed spending his retirement years volunteering at the Marine Corps League in Downingtown. He was involved in planning and hosting an annual golf outing to benefit veterans and the community. Bob played industrial league baseball. He played in a golf league that continued through his retirement. He enjoyed time with his family in particular visiting and playing with his granddaughters.

In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by his children, Valerie A. Campagna, Steven M. Campagna (Jessica) and Robert D. Campagna; a brother, Vincent Campagna and by two grandchildren, Cora and Riley Campagna. He was predeceased by his daughter, Christina Kane and by his brother, Peter Campagna.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., January 17, 2026, at Calvary Lutheran Church, 730 South New Street in West Chester. Family and friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. until service time.

Interment will be private with the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Wounded Warrior Project or the Alzheimer's Association.
