Brothers & Sister: Jim Campbell, Richard Campbell & Evelyn Miller; A Host of Nieces & Nephews. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his Sisters: Ruth Hartman & Rosemary Campbell. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held from 12:30pm-1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky
Graveside Services will be held at 1pm after visitation at East Gate Memorial Gardens, Eastern, Kentucky
