I knew Bob from work. He was always kind and friendly. The best part was he always was upbeat. Nothing slowed him down. Bob had a big heart and it showed.

I was so sad to hear of Bob´s passing. He was a great friend from St Norbert´s Beginning Again group.
My prayers and thoughts are with this family.

I worked with Bob and was always uplifting when talking with him. He had a funny, happy and friendly personality. I'm sure he will be missed by everyone who came into contact with him. Rest in peace my friend. God bless his loved ones in this time of grief.

I worked with Bob for many years at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA. I used to kid him about being birthed at Fort Dodge Iowa as I was from Carroll, Iowa, very close. He left Iowa very young. He was also a military veteran in the Air Force which I used to kid him as I was all Navy. He was just fun to be around. I worked in Safety and he worked in Public Works. I will miss him. God bless him and his family.

I began working with Bob in the 1980's. At the time, Joe Maynard was the supervisor for the Planner/Estimators. I was the Supervisor of the blue collar tradesmen. That meant Bob and I worked closely on some projects that involved shop personnel. As things would have it, there was a very large re-organization in Public Works in 2001. Bob came to me in that shuffle. What a blessing that was for me. I went to Bob over and over again for the next 13 years knowing that each time he would take an assignment and do it very well. When I was overwhelmed, Bob came to my office and took load off of me without my asking. I wish that I'd had 15 of him. Thank you Bob! You blessed my life.

I worked with Bob at the Weapons Station for many years. He worked very hard, and produced a lot of work, and laughed hysterically at my jokes, whether they were funny or not.

He really loved his son and grandson very much!
