Amy and Jeff; Thanks for putting your dad's passing in the Elmira newspaper, which we currently read on line. The write up was excellent / excellent, Nice Job!! Yes we were loyal tax clients of Bob's. We both worked for large organizations with a lot of stress, we wanted to start a small part time business to relieve the stress, we talked with Bob often, he gave us great advice and helped us every step of the way. When we retired in 2008 the business was doing well but it really took of then, so much so in 2011 we decided to buy a winter / retirement home, we ended up in central Florida a nice home on 5 acres in a little town called Lake Panasoffkee. We did the snow bird thing for several years, in 2014 we decided to retire, retire and sold the business with Bob's help. He still was doing our taxes via US mail until he decided to retire.
When he told us, we found a woman down here, Bob sent her all our information. When she received it she called us, she was totally impressed.

In your write up we did not realize Barb died of Covid, we lost lots of friend of Covid. We did not get Covid but 2021 and 2022 were difficult years for us, we got to know doctors, hospitals and rehab teams. The past two years things have gotten better, somewhat back to normal.
