Robert Mervin Cochran, of Moreland, Arkansas, passed away, Monday, May 18, 2020. He was born January 22, 1958 in Russellville, to Mervyn and Lois Hettle Cochran. He was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Jimmy Cochran, Jackie Cochran.
He is survived by his loving daughters, LieghAnn Cochran, Russellville, Courtney Sotomayor & husband Jacob, Russellville; grandson, Austin Sotomayor; mother Lois Cochran, Moreland; sister, Debra Pearson and husband, William; England; brother, Tommy Cochran and wife Lisa; Russellville, several other family and friends.
Robert was a loving son, father and grandfather. He had a heart of gold, always helping someone. His dogs, Tiny and Buddy gave him so much enjoyment. Robert was always the life of the party. He was very adventurous. He might decide to go on a motorcycle ride to a concert and rock it out, as if he was a 20 year old. He enjoyed life to the fullest.
Visitation will be 5-7pm, Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Russellville Family Funeral. The funeral service will be 2:00pm, Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Happy Valley Assembly of God with Bro. Scott Garrison officiating. Burial will be in Delphia Cemetery under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Sotomayor, Joseph Grant, William Pearson, Harold Cochran, Paul Cochran, Herbert Cochran, Steven Cochran, Frank Branch.
