Robert Cole Obituary
Robert proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, he dedicated many years of employment to the Department of Transportation (DOT) until his retirement. A man of many talents, Robert was known for his dedication, strength, and quiet kindness, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Petrina Rivera Cole; his stepsons, Joseph "Bill" Brightman, and Paul (Nicole) Martin; grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his siblings, Santiago Cole, Elsa Cole, Jackie Fletcha, Maureen Cole, and Janice Zukowski.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Oak Grove Cemetery, 871 Campbell Ave., West Haven.
