Robert "Bob" Colombik, 100, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Rose for over 80 wonderful years; loving father of Richard (Colleen) and Keith (Sheri); cherished grandfather of Bryan (Rozzie), Stacey (Douglas) Lawrence, Jeremy (Diana), Justin (Jason Sebacher), and Samantha (Louie) Vittori; adored great-grandfather of Matthew, Dillion, Joselyn, and Deven Colombik; Audrey and Vincenzo Vittori; and Shoshana and Braden Lawrence. Much loved brother of the late Lee, and brother-in-law of Helen Levine and Dave (Faye) Ziegler. Treasured uncle, great-uncle, and friend to many. Bob was an avid golfer, a remarkable investor, and a lifelong sports fan-especially of the Chicago Bears. He proudly held the distinction of being the team's longest and oldest living season ticket holder. He was the founder and President of Cole Weiss, Inc., where he worked passionately for decades before partnering with his son Keith. Bob finally retired at the age of 80. A dedicated businessman, he was equally devoted to his health and family-working out five days a week until the age of 98 and cherishing every moment spent with his beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
