Neal, beloved son of Harvey and Mildred (Stone) Colyer of Leary, TX, was born on August 1st, 1951, in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Music was one of Neal's greatest joys. As a longtime member of the Grapevine Opry in Grapevine, TX, and the lead singer of country music band Saturday Night Special, he cherished performing, singing and volunteering his time to support Opry programs and events.
