Very sad news. I too remember Bob as a solid guy and a great friend from our many years together at the Garden City Country club. A Helluva Guy.

My sincere condolences on the passing of Bob Connor, cousin to my late wife, Nancy Roycroft- Blake. Both Nancy and Bob’s brother, Jack, always spoke so highly about Bob. My sympathy to Bob’s wife and children during this sad time. May he rest in peace. Bob Blake, June 27, 2024.

Please accept my condolences on Bob´s passing. In addition to our acquaintances as members of the Garden City Country Club, Bob and I served together in the 102nd Medical Battalion of the New York Army National Guard. Bob was a kind and gentle man who made friends as wherever he went.
