I, Robert Eugene Cooper, was born to the late Curtis and Louise Cooper on March 10, 1953 in Emerson, Arkansas.
I married the love of my life, Glenda F. Shaw-Cooper on September 16, 1972 at Pine Hill CME Church. With the help of God, we created three beautiful children: Cedric Cooper, Robert Cooper, Jr. and April (Cooper) Bell.
I joined Pine Hill CME church at an early age.
God looked down on me, and took me home on May 29th, 2020.
I was preceded in death by my father, Curtis Cooper, my mother, Mary Louise Rose-Cooper, my two brothers; Curtis Jr. and Talbot Cooper.
I leave cherished memories with my sweet-loving wife, Glenda Cooper;
my five children: Cedric and Vetra Cooper of Grand Prairie, Tx, Robert Cooper Jr. of Conway, Arkansas, April and Sedquwick Bell of Honolulu, HI,
Marcus Spears of Shreveport LA, and Alisha Scott of Minneapolis, MN;
my God-son Fredrick (Tiffany) Willis of Plano, TX.
my six beautiful grandchildren: Cedric, Alexus, Jawaski, Brianna, Deja, and Nicholas;
my only great grandson son Riley Gilbert;
my siblings Vera Brisco, Nadine Wilson, Brenda Patton, Shauntique Cooper all of whom reside in Dallas, Texas, Gloria Quinonez of Killeen, TX, Debra & Gene Hamilton of Nash, TX, and James & Erma Cooper of Emerson, Arkansas.
Mr. Cooper was interred in Pine Hill Cemetery, Emerson, AR, following a private service, on Thursday, June 4, 2020, under the direction of Henderson Funeral Service.
