I was so sad to learn of Bob´s passing . Memories of you as a newlywed as we worked together sharing stories of our RPD hero husbands. I also remembered his talents with his leather holsters. But most of all I remember his devotion to you and your GSD . He will be missed . Please know our prayers are with you and your children .

god bless you Bob I cant forget your days and the City of Rochester PD and the occasional meetup at Flashbacks on Lyell avenue ands some of the guys put up a memorial for you also but we dont know who to get ahold of as your wife chased me away GOD BLESS BRO !!!!

I worked with Bob at Gates PD. We worked the midnight shift together and you could always count on him in each and every regard. He had a great sense of humor and was very dedicated to his job. My condolences to the Cutt family. Bob was a good man.
